Canelo Alvarez has insisted a UK stadium fight with Hamzah Sheeraz could be a possibility in the future.
The Mexican great is currently completing his media tour to promote a blockbuster showdown with fellow pound-for-pound star Terence Crawford on September 13.

It promises to be a big couple of years for Alvarez who is currently undisputed champion at 168lbs, and is open to all possibilities.
Recently, the 34-year-old has opened up the possibility of an appearance in the UK before he retires from the sport.
It is expected that the most likely opponent would be British superstar Chris Eubank Jr, who recently was ‘promised’ the fight by Turki Alalshikh after beating Conor Benn.
But when asked by talkSPORT if he’d be open to facing 6ft 3ins super-middleweight Sheeraz instead, he didn’t bat away the challenge.
Alvarez quickly remarked: “It would be a pleasure for me to fight in the UK. We will see after this.
“It is a possibility [to fight Sheeraz] why not?”
Sheeraz burst on to the scene as a talented super-middleweight prospect, wiping out a whole host of contenders.
But his career stuttered recently as he fell to a draw in his maiden world title shot against Carlos Adames in February.
Although Sheeraz is hoping he can make a splash in the US market, when he takes on Edgar Berlanga in New York City on July 12.
And victory could propel him into new stardom and aid him in his call-out of Alvarez.

But the Mexican must first edge beyond Crawford, a four-weight world champion who is coming with legacy on the line.
‘Bud’ has yet to be beaten in his stellar career in the spotlight, but will face his biggest uphill battle yet.
Crawford is set to pile on 14lbs to 168lbs to meet Alvarez, which will give the Mexican supreme confidence of victory.
And a UK fight seems destined for the elite Mexican, who has never touched down on British shores professionally.
But many believe Eubank Jr to be in pole position given his profile.
And the Briton’s cousin Harlem believes he has done enough to earn the contest.

He said: “I think he’s earned the Canelo fight, he’s 35 years old, I don’t want to see him go through any nasty weight cuts, people trying to disadvantage him in the ring.
“I want him to go in fully fuelled, and he’s earned the opportunity to go in there and fight the best in the world, and that man is Canelo Alvarez.”
