Jake Morris has praised Tipperary’s young guns for snapping at the heels of their elder team-mates, with U20 star Paddy McCormack getting called up to the panel ahead of tomorrow’s All-Ireland preliminary quarter final against Laois.
A new breed of players are driving the competitiveness in the Tipperary squad according to Morris, with the Borris-Ileigh club-man McCormack among six of the All-Ireland U20 winning crop making the step-up under Liam Cahill.
