Munster U20 Championship: Kerry 1-22 Cork 1-12
Paddy Lane of Kerry
Kerry have all but assured themselves a place in the Munster Under-20 football final in three weeks after a comfortable 10-point win against Cork in Tralee on Monday evening.
Leading by seven points at the quarter mark, Kerry led by five at half time, and they quickly re-established their superiority by the three-quarter stage when they led by 12 points. A late goal proved the merest of consolations for the visiting Rebels who will likely have to get something from their final Phase 2 game against Tipperary if they are to ensure a rematch with a powerful looking Kerry team.
